How about a poem?

My Love
-----To Parliamentary Debate
Oh,i remember,how
On that warm May morning
I passed a garden full of China roses blooming
And saw a girl reading on a stone chair
Struck by a beauty exotic and refreshing
And driven by instinct
I quietly stepped nearer and studied her
Oh,her long, thick, curly hair shining in the sun
Her big beautiful eyes lost in reflection
And her red-lipped mouth tightly closed with concentration
In these,it seemed
Reason and passion, the two conflicting elements of humanity
Had found harmony
As i was gazing at this radiance of beauty
My belly suddenly made a big hungry grumbling
Surprised,she looked up
And,seeing me standing awkward outside the fence
Gave me
Oh, i'll never forget it
That smile,and said
"Hi"
And i knew
I had found the light
That will shine forever on my destiny

In the poem, i compare myself to a young man who falls in love with a beautiful girl----parliamentary debate. Reason and passion ,i think these are the two features that i felt the strongest about debate during the tournament in beijing.in fact, i don't really know how to write a poem in english:the rhyme, the wording, the title...............it's just that this idea occured to me when i saw so many debaters becoming crazy about it after the debate competition. and it's just for fun...............:)
